We showed up at the correct location, according to the "meeting and pickup details" on the booking. The person checking people in looked at my booking info and sent me 1/4 mile away to Bayride tours at PIer 5, which is what it also shows on the booking. We were told at Bayride tours that we should go back to the original location, because Bayride doesn't run those tours, and it's a different company now. Went back to the original spot and they finally figured out that we have tickets for their boat. Someone needs to do better with the directions and training of the operator/sales staff!

Our meeting place changed,. We were told to meet our tour at 5:30 pm. No one met us. Trip time was at 6. No one there. We called and were then told trip time was 7. We did not go on trip and want a full refund. Don’t understand why Viator would pass us off to a different or 3 rd party very unprofessional company that can’t even stick to a schedule. We were not the only ones that were told times that the third party gave wrong times to. Please respond regarding to a refund.
