3 Tours in 1 Day. Miami Double Decker Bus Tour + Miami Boat Tour + Everglades Airboat Tour. This is a full day starting from 9:00 am to 6:30 Pm. Lunch stop included. Meeting Point is 305 Lincoln Rd. Check in time is 8:30 am. Departure Time is 9:00 am. Enjoy the full Miami, Florida experience with three tours in one day! Take a sightseeing open top double decker tour through the city and explore beautiful South Beach, the historic Art Deco District and downtown Miami. Then, relax on a boat cruise along Millionaire's Row through Biscayne Bay to admire the Miami skyline and spot celebrity houses. Top it off with a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades Park.
The tour is schedule by doing the Bus Tour, Boat Tour, and then Everglades Tour. Depending on weather, we will change it to Everglades first, then bus tour, and then boat tour.

Purchased online but when o arrived they had no record of our purchase even though I had an email receipt. Changed itinerary order at the last minute. No time for lunch because of poor pick up drop off coordination due to changed itinerary. I honestly don't think they knew how many people they had booked. The airboat ride people at Sawgrass were expecting between 10-20 people. When we showed up with 57 they were a bit overwhelmed. When we got back to headquarters we were very late.. One bus driver argued with his other bus driver team mate and drove off early without all his passengers (us). We had to wait almost 2 hours to catch the next bus. Got to the bay boat ride and they were oversold. We were lucky to get a place on the boat. Others in our tour group were not so lucky. Not sure if Covid just threw this tour company for a loop or what, but we will not not book with them again.

The first tour wasn’t terrible but I feel like we could have spent our time elsewhere. They offered us. Free coffee and one of the shops in Havana, but it was literally a teaspoon. Next, the bay cruise was good. Our tour guide was funny and showed us where famous people’s mansions were. The end was what really pissed people off. We get to the Everglades tour, and the storms rolls in. We sat there in the pouring rain “waiting for the cloud to pass.” We all got soaked and we knew it wasn’t going to stop. So instead, the bus takes us to a mall farther from Miami and let’s us shop for 30 minutes. There was no speak of getting our money back or even rescheduling the tour. We were most excited for that part, so we were really bummed. I don’t see how 30 minutes in a random mall would make up for seeing the alligators on an airboat. Not to mention, we were soaking wet while at the mall and uncomfortable. Don’t book through them. Not worth it and you won’t get a refund.

I enjoyed 2 out the 3 locations on this trip. The first leg of the tour, on the bus, we toured Miami and Little Havana. The majority of the time spent in Little Havana was trying to get us to purchase from the local merchants (Gift shop, Cigar Shop, Clothing store and Mojito place). We were literally right next to Domino Park but the tour guide didn't even acknowledge it. He gave us very little history about the area and the people. We DID NOT "cruise down bustling Ocean Drive, the major thoroughfare in South Beach. Drive by the Villa Casa Casuarina, aka the Versace Mansion, the famous Art Deco District and much more. Enjoy lunch in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood to wrap up the morning portion of the tour." The boat cruise was exactly as described and I enjoyed it very much. I also enjoyed the Everglades tour. This was my first time being on an Airboat and it was a lot of fun. We did get to see 2 gators and a turtle which was cool because these are wild animals and sometimes we may not see them. I also enjoyed the talk and seeing the other reptiles in the habitat.
