Overall a decent tour with friendly guides. The city and boat tour was good, the Everglades not so much, it was just okay. Our Everglades captain Mike spent half the time telling us how to survive in the glades if we get stranded out there on our own instead of touring the glades searching for wildlife. But our main issue over all was the fact to be at the tour office at 10 to 15 minutes before our 9:00am departure but we didn't leave until 9:45 am. Then the tour company was a 1/2 hour late picking us up between the boat tour and the Everglade tour. With all the delays we arrived back 1-1/2 hours late.
The trip was wonderful in general. City sightseeing was on a windy morning, but don't miss the chance to sit on the top floor of the double deck bus if you never had. The lunch time was a little rushed which could have been longer because we waited for boarding to cruise for another 20 mins or so. Airboat ride was fun and taking the shuttle with the group could save you a lot of time and effort. Have a wonderful time in Miami!
This excursion gave us an overview of the whole area and we enjoyed Little Havana. We ended up coming back from our cruise and staying at the Majestic in the art deco district so we could walk around.
