Fantastic tour with Josue he was amazing! Looked after us all very well especially as a party of 10! We had the best experience and was great fun! We all laughed the whole way and we learnt and seen so much more of the island! Definitely recommend this place all the guys were awesome!!! 5 stars plus from us all 😃

We woke up early at 6:30 AM to get packed and be at our Segway tour that we had booked for 9 AM. We were leaving to fly back home after the tour. We arrived at the tour location 10 minutes early. The staff was late arriving to work. Then after waiting 30 minutes after they had opened we still had not left for our tour. The issue was that one of their other employees had not shown up for work and the one that was there could not leave the place and attended. We felt the worker should have closed up shop and taken us out. Instead they continued to help walk in customers rather than seeing what could help reconcile our situation. There was another employee that was preparing to take us out for our tour but then at the last minute decided to take a bicycle tour out. We do not understand why they chose to take the bike tour out on time and not the Segway tour which cost more money. And had more participants. However that was what they decided to do. After waiting for over 30 minutes to even begin the safety demonstration we told the people that we just needed to cancel and be refunded because this was going to make us miss our flight. They acted very annoyed and did refund our money however they had been being very nice up until that point and once we asked for the refund they were no longer being extremely friendly. This was all very upsetting because we planned to do this tour and then head to the airport. We woke up early, skipped a nice breakfast, paid for an Uber to travel to the location, all for nothing. Then had to pay for another Uber back to our hotel. A total waste of a morning and Uber fees. Do not book with these people. They obviously do not care about their job or customer service.

Good times with a tour of star island and listening to the stories of how the other side lives. Safe and well run. I am an experienced Segway rider, so this tour was just right. Helmets and headsets to listen while riding also was included. Young Abraham was our guide……nice guy!
