It was a nice way to see the skyline and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Indoor and outdoor spaces for seating.

I booked this activity well in advance from home and got tickets for the 5:30 PM tour. I arrived at the dock (301 Biscayne Boulevard) at 5:10 PM, but the line was massive. By the time it was my turn, it was already 5:30 PM. The staff told me I was “late” and said I could pay an additional $25 per ticket to board the 6:30 PM boat. To make matters worse, the woman at the check-in was extremely rude and only spoke English, even though the activity advertises itself as suitable for both English and Spanish speakers. This lack of courtesy and communication made the situation even more frustrating. This meant I would have to wait outside for an hour and a half, standing in the heat. Everyone behind me in line was equally upset. The organization is terrible—if you sell tickets for a specific time, you should guarantee a spot for ticket holders who arrive on time. On top of that, the tickets are non-refundable. My cousin and I wasted $60 for nothing. I do not recommend this experience at all. Terrible management, poor customer service, and misleading advertising!

After that, we do open spots to passengers on the waitlist, similar to how airlines handle delayed arrivals. Regarding your concerns about language, we would like to clarify that our tour guides are bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. However, it is not advertised that all staff members speak both languages, and we regret if this led to any confusion.
