Guys, what happened? I went to the exact meeting point for water shuttle over to South Beach and wasted my time. No one ever showed up. I tried contacting the tour operator who eventually gets back to me and says that I purchased a different tour. I told her I could send her a screenshot of exactly what I purchased plus the meet up instructions. She basically said oh well and said there’s no refund. I was so upset. My husband and I loved the excursion we booked in San Francisco through your app, but I’m in Miami for work and had only one day off. I purchased the ticket that clearly says round trip water shuttle to south beach and back and ubered to the pick up spot next to Hard Rock Cafe and no one was there. Please reach out to me and refund my money, I love the app, but I am traveling by myself and felt terrible after that happened yesterday 😞
