Everything was well done…But Jay was amazing! Lovely young lady with skills and a great personality!!! My family of 6 had a great experience, it was the highlight of our trip to Ohio Pyle…

Loved it. Jay our guide was wonderful. She helped me feel comfortable and I was nervous. My 2 teenagers loved the tour with Jay and want to come back in the spring when the water is higher.

We booked the Middle Yough Rafting guided tour for a total of 10 people - 4 adults and 6 children ranging in ages of 7-14. They provided single inflatable kayaks for everyone - even the 2 youngest riders (ages 7 and 8). Having never been on the tour I trusted that the company knew what they were doing by putting them in single kayaks. I assumed it would be an easy ride - it was not. They 100% were not able to navigate by themselves. As a parent it was frightening to watch them struggle and panic. We were eventually able to tether them to an adult kayak. Our experience would have been much different had they been in a double kayak to start. I understand due to water levels why we had to use the kayaks vs rafts, but I just wish they would have provided doubles for the younger children. It would have been a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
