Staff was friendly, price is right and the coaster is sooo much fun to ride! I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to go all the way into Gatlinburg to be able to ride it. Just off the spur it's location is ideal. A lot of coasters in the area but this one is the best!

We had a crazy blast. Two kids, 9 & 12, grandma, 73, and me, 48. We waited for night to ride down in the dark with the track lit up and its was perfect.

So I read the reviews and wasn't sure I wanted to do this...but super glad we did! We went in cautiously just buying one ride but super cool that we could turn around and ride again for the discounted price by showing them your receipt, and it was really awesome at night with the colored lights! Almost no one in line, we jumped right on and they had huge fans running so it was nice and cool.
