I only enjoyed the horse ride, which was so peaceful and relaxing, as well as the guide who was very friendly, and the scrumptious breakfast. However, I wasn't impressed with the company's response to concerns initially. I noted I was not staying in a hotel and that I was "local" and could not get a satisfactory response. I called the contact number, but no one answered the first couple of times. Then, when I called again and spoke to someone, he did acknowledge that he would have to make a different arrangement for me and that he would get back to me about what hotel I could go to for pick up. Well, he never got back to me, and I had to call Viator customer support to get an answer. Obviously, it all worked out, but the company could've been more responsive. Also, Viator could've been more responsive because I put in a request about this concern before my trip. Viator also never got back to me although they promise a 36-hour response time. One last nitpick, the driver, who was very nice, was 15 minutes late. I probably wouldn't use this company again but did enjoy the horse ride and breakfast!
