Honestly you could just go to all of these places by yourself without buying this as you don't really need admission to these places. My family and I skipped a few of the wineries and went straight to the Chateau Montelena, which was beautiful. I don't think this was worth buying

This is a self guided tour that doesn’t have a customer support number to call while using the app and the text number is “apparently a live person” but seems like a bot. The app stopped working correctly for us and I texted the number. I explained the situation as a statement asking for a refund because we ended up not using the app and having to use Google and Google maps and all the bot would reply was simple answers to questions I wasn’t even asking. This only had 1 review when we booked it so we took a chance on it. I don’t want that to happen to anyone else. It wouldn’t save our stop, it didn’t download the maps for offline use because there isn’t service at some wineries so you want to download them, you can’t go back to previous stops if you accidentally skip one so you have to start it over, and the final problem that made us stop using the app is the verbal directions said to go one way but the highlighted map visual was another way. So we ended up 20 minutes away from where we were supposed to be.

This tour is guided through an app, which is great because you can do the whole thing at your own pace! Keep in mind that, some of the locations have extra fees for tastings and other activities. Fun day in Napa!
