Spending an afternoon in Providence on a road trip of the NE and this was a perfect way to learn a bit about the area. Guide spoke loudly and gave much interesting info about what we were seeing. Had to wait 2 hrs since didn't reserve in advance on line but had drinks and lunch in the area so a good way to spend an afternoon. Would have reserved on line but no Sat hrs shown so felt had to go in person. That could be cleared up to help others avoid the same problem.

Thanks for the great review! I'm happy to read that you enjoyed the tour and learned about our city. Regarding the online reservations: Every available seat that we have open will always be listed on our website. Like most online purchases, if we are sold out for a particular tour or time, it simply does not appear online. I have also stressed our walk-up policy wherever I could. As stated on our website, social media pages and on Fareharbor (our reservation platform): "All tours are by reservation. Please book prior to your arrival." We certainly welcome walk-ups, but do not recommend them. Believe me, I hate to disappoint walk-up patrons as much as they hate being turned away! Thanks so much for your feedback, we appreciate it and are constantly tweaking our policies and procedures to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

Didnt know much at all about Providence. This boat tour was very enlightening and enjoyable. The tour guide was interesting and able to answer questions. Providence is a beautiful city and seeing it by boat made it even more pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this.

Easy ticket purchase online, easy to find and board. Capt. Tom has a nice loud voice and good personality. We brought drinks from next door at the Whiskey place and had a wonderful tour of downtown on the water. A++

We appreciate your great review, noting important tour points, such as finding our location, boarding, being able to hear the tour (!) and having the ability to purchase a beverage next door to bring aboard. A lot of our customers view TripAdvisor before coming down for a tour, so I'm always grateful for informative reviews from other customers. Thanks again!
