They NEVER showed up for kayak tour but what made it worse is they never responded to my email and phone call. I am currently disputing with my CC company.

We tried to contact vendor multiple times using the phone number listed for the vendor on this site and they did not respond via text or voice. Would have been nice of the vendor to give us a heads up that there was a football game that day which would make getting to the drop place difficult. We never got to do the kayak experience at all.
