Our group of 4 booked a walking tour with Kaysie and we all agreed that she was exuberant and an enthusiastic fan of her adopted town. First, we met in the Ernest Tubb record shop which I probably would not have wandered into on my own. This is no ordinary record store, but more a museum of must see photo's and memorabilia. Next, we walked past the honky tonks on Broadway with Kaysie mentioning interesting facts about performers and then we stopped inside one of the honky tonks (where Keith Urban was discovered) and Kaysie pointed out and told stories about the guitars and photos on the wall and the juke box collection. Back outside we stopped in front of the Ryman Theater, walked to the sidewalk walk of fame, past the Schermerhorn Theater got samples of fudge, gelato and pralines, heard many anecdotes, got recommendations of what other attractions to go into, plus good places to eat. All in all, this was an excellent tour and Kaysie is a fabulous guide.
