This was the most traumatizing excursion ever. I would never recommend to anyone. For starters, I had a pick up from Secrets St. James, Montego Bay, but the driver said I was supposed to be picked up from Breathless. My family stayed there, not me, so my confirmation said Secrets. He eventually picked me up. Then we had to put all of our belongings in a plastic bag to swim to the ship. In the process, I cut and injured my leg by being pushed up the stairs trying to get in the ship. The description never advised any of this, and I paid $260 for 2 people. Once on the ship and ready to sail, the weather got worse so we could not go to Rick's Cafe because they couldn't pull up there. They returned us to the driver after like 1 hour and was offered to go to Rick's Cafe, but he also advised that his manager said he needed to take us back to Montego Bay. At this point, we all were very traumatized, drained, wet, and truly upset. When we got back to the drivers, we had to jump out of the boat to get onto the dock. This was the worse experience ever. To make matters worse, the driver was very rude, as well as the operator when I called to request a refund. Please stay away from this business. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!

SAME GROUP POSTING : Blatant untruths The videos of you onboard along with ALL OF YOUR GROUP, drinking dancing and partying non stop say a different story NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED TO ANY STAFF, or THE HOTEL OR THE DRIVER…OR VIATOR by you or anyone in your group Your group were rude and very Disrespectful to all staff

It was canceled by the company and I need a full refund immediately. We did not go on the excursion request refund

Your refund was processed on Thursday 6th sept at 4.56pm Why say havnt been refunded .. we have a log of all refunds you told the crew you wanted to change to Friday 6th , then you said you didn’t want to and you were fully refunded on our end you are not being honest as the same with the rest of your group.. we emailed all of you 20 mins after the rain had caused the cancellation Why would you leave 1 star you didn’t cruise, we offered the full refund 20 mins after the weather got bad everyone was offered a refund you only had to respond if you wanted that or wanted to go another day , did you email back or respond to viator ??

You have already been refunded , you were refunded at 10.27am on 5th septenber 2024 you are not being honest … today is 7th sept why are you posting this if you have been refunded already … Why would you leave 1 star you didn’t cruise .. everyone was offered a full refund you only had to respond if you wanted that or wanted to go another day , did you email back or respond to viator ?? We emailed you 20 mins after the weather got bad offering your refund you took a day to respond back to us we do have the dates and times of all correspondence
