The guide provided a wonderful and in depth history of Catholicism in NYC. Catacombs were fascinating Church is Beautiful and reverent.

Leslie was an absolutely incredible guide for the Catacombs by Candlelight tour. She had an abundance of knowledge regarding the history of essentially everything I can think of, gave us detailed context on the history surrounding all the events we discussed, and was a captivating storyteller to boot. In particular, I really appreciated that she continued the tour into the catacombs and told us the stories behind a number of the vaults within, including how people sometimes rediscovered their roots by visiting and helped St. Patrick's put together the unrecorded past of their family. I would love to take some other members of my friends and family back here, and it will be a real treat if we are lucky enough for Leslie to be our guide.

My idea to visit. Not sure wife and kids was too impressed when i insisted we visit. They all really enjoyed the tour. Very good tour rep, lots of interesting things we would have never known about new york and how these catacombs come about. Great place to visit. Shame we never got into the other church near 5th avenue. Service going on. A must on your NY visit. Off the normal must sees list.
