Dinner was better than I expected , The service by your staff was great , But the views were just breathtaking. I would certainly go on this cruise again and highly recommend it to anyone intrested in going.
It was a nice plan But don't like the segregation on table location.
My table was appointed in front of entrance and bar, so had heavy foot traffic.
I guessed that because I bought sale ticket. If they must segregate.
I should be informed my table map before by ticket.
The one star was for the waiter that tried so hard to make our night more pleasing. First, I should start by saying that we thought we were getting on the ship at 5 not 7. Making people stand in line to wait to board the ship does not look good - that is if the word luxury is in your mind. Second, the food quality was marginal at best AND here goes the big one, they ran out of food and clean plates. You had people standing in line waiting for food to be brought to the buffet. Some, by the time they got to the buffet there were no plates to serve the little scraps of food that were left. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. There is no other way to put it. You saw the servers that tended the buffet were running around not really knowing what to do. The location of the buffet was placed in a location that the traffic around the buffet was a mess, the people exiting were clashing with people standing in line. My wife said that there was no toilet paper in the stalls - REALLY? So all the ladies had to air dry? And the toilet rooms were simply dirty.
I was celebrating my wife's 50th birthday and our two friends were celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary. You would think that taking a cruise like this one would have given us good memories to share for such celebratory occasions but instead we'll talk about our disaster trip.
I'm not sure that everyone on that trip would even want to take the time to tell you about their experience since it's almost not worth the time to do it.
I only wish I would have been able to give my wife a beautiful birthday for her to remember. I guess I did.
