The food was wonderful, the waitstaff were all very gracious and prompt.
The trip itself was good in the sense of the views that you got to see, however we did not rate the rest of it. We had done some research into dress code for this trip and found that you were advised to wear slacks or dresses for women and slacks and jackets for men, this put us off a little as we hadn't wanted to take any dressy clothes for our trip as we are more comfortable in smart jeans or casual but we thought it is a special trip so we will take an outfit for the river cruise, once we got on the boat people where dressed in jeans and sweatshirts and one man even had joggers on, when they took our photo in the background of our photo was the couple on the next table who had sweatshirts and scarves on and then we were all dressed up!!!!!! The food that was served I think would have been quite nice but everything was stone cold this might have been because the plates were also stone cold so the meal was not enjoyable. The drinks can be over priced I do enjoy a drink but I stuck to soft drinks for the night. When we arrived at the port and showed our tickets we were asked if we would need a taxi home and when we said yes they advised us to go to a table with a guy taking bookings, we gave our details and he then charged us 35 dollars for executive travel home which was just a big car, this was really annoying as you didn't have any idea that it was going to be so expensive until you were giving your booking details in and by that time with a queue of people behind you it would have been a little uncomfortable to then say that you didn't want to bother with the taxi due to the cost, bearing in mind we got a taxi from our hotel to the port in the first place which cost us just 11 dollars. I would just recommend going on one of the normal boat cruises that also take place a night, this one was too long at 3 hours and it was very cold when you wanted to go out on the deck due to not being dressed suitably and would have been far better in jeans and jumpers.
