We're proud supporters of New York City Toys for Tots (we've donated over $18K since we started in 2018!) and every ticket includes a donation.

Join us as we experience the holidays in the city that only New York can offer.

We will take advantage of the subway to beat the street traffic, keep warm, and catch some underground holiday music.

This tour was incredible! Even though we thought we knew all the must-see spots in NYC during the holiday season, this tour made it easy to not have to think/navigate or forget things. Jon was a fantastic guide who kept our tour fun, despite the rainy/cold weather, and full of interesting facts and details. He was able to easily take photos of all his group members in front of the insanely crowded iconic Rockefeller Christmas tree. It really was a tour bursting of wonderful information and mesmerizing window displays and beautiful scenes.

John was the best! It was freezing out and he had a great attitude about it. He knows the best places to go. We had a great time!

The tour guide was offensive and unprofessional. He literally yelled at me. My daughter and I ended the tour early because after that the experience was ruined for me. Prior to the tour he made a slighted comment to a gentleman who asked a question. I should have known then. I would have rather paid an uber to take me around.

Hi Rebecca, we do apologise that you felt the guide was rude when he asked you not to touch his iPad on the tour. As these are expensive devices guides use for all their tours, they are very protective. We have addressed how the guide spoke to ensure his comments cannot be misinterpreted as rude in future situations. As customer service relayed, we refunded your tickets when you reached out saying you left the tour. No other guest had an issues with the guides behavior on the tour, in fact all other parties provided positive feedback so we are unaware of another guest being spoken to in this way. We do not want guests to feel disrespected on tours, but we also support guides in asking that their personal property not be touched by guests. We have taken steps to discuss with all guides better ways to address this.
