These guys are really bad. We bought tickets from a Casey Wong who lied through his teeth about what he was giving us and we were left high and dry. When we did get on the bus the narration didn’t work. There are better companies than this in New York - these guys are the worst we have experienced world wide.

The buses were very dirty, and it looked like maintenance was low on their list. One of the buses had no audio system working, which defeats the purpose of using their service. The bus drivers gave the impression that they would rather be anywhere else but there. I have used many different hop on hop off buse companies all of the world that we have recommended to friends and family. This one is certainly not one of them.

They are liars and cheaters. They have plenty of salesmen selling tickets on NY streets. They say something else and sell totally different. I was charged $180 for the downtown tour for 3 people that will also cover the ferry to statue of liberty at stop 9 (battery park). When I got down at stop 9; another Topview people told that they know this scam. They sold me another ticket for $59 each to get on the Liberty ferry. Staff is very rude and total liars. It’s a daylight robbery these people are doing.
