Awful. Waited in -6 degrees weather for an hour for this bus. Not well run. Unprofessional and Staff rude. Avoid booking with them.

Not enough buses for the number of tickets that were sold. The first wait was 45 minutes, we were the first at the stop. When the bus arrived, 5 seats were available and the street vendor who just sold tickets, put them on the bus ahead of us. We went to the company headquarters and they said no refunds because we rode bus to first stop. After 4 hours we rode another bus back to our start point, because we witnessed several stops with people waiting that had no seats on the bus. Drivers were hateful and talked bad about the company, for not having enough buses to accommodate passengers. Bus leaked water from the top section on the passengers below.

Terrible. They have employees all over the city selling tickets yet don’t have enough seats on the bus. We waited 50 minutes for a bus that had room for us. After seeing two other buses go by that had no capacity, we were finally allowed on the bus. No available seats on the upper level unfortunately. Zero leg room. The poor bus driver did the best he could given the situation. The driver was the only pleasant part of the experience. I ended up paying an additional $100+ for two tickets on the NY Big Bus tour for the ride back to Midtown (far superior experience ).
