The food was not good chicken & veggies that were frozen. The salad was boring and just arugula. They charge $6 for refills on sodas (6 oz cup filled with majority of ice). Host & waitress were amazing and readily available. The music was boring and not entertaining. I would not choose this company next time.

On Mom's birthday, I decided to take her out for a celebration. I bought tickets for a boat ride that promised a beautiful senary and lovely music. Upon arrival, I asked for a table by the window, and to my relief, we were given one without any prior reservation. The senary from our table was indeed beautiful, and the music added to the ambiance of the celebration. However, the problem arose when we noticed that there weren't enough waiters to serve the tables. Despite the boat not being fully booked, we had to wait for quite some time to get our orders taken and to be served. The dessert was a major letdown. The wait time for it was extremely long. Just two minutes before we had to leave the boat, our dessert arrived, and we didn't have the chance to enjoy it before we had to disembark. This caused some inconvenience and took away from the overall experience.
