I paid for the service with driver from the jfk to my hotel for days, the driver despite knowing all the data of my flight and the arrival time was not found at the terminal. I had asked for a sign with a name and not only was it not there but after calling it I discovered that it was far away from me! He wanted reference points to find me, clothing indications to recognize me and finally told me it was too late to take me! Result I had to take a taxi and I practically paid twice! After days Booking does not find a solution to compensate me, I proposed the reverse service to the airport but I receive no Response! Recommendation to everyone not to take advantage of this option

The private transfer from JFK Airport in NY to the Manhattan hotel and vice versa worked great. The rides were notified to us early on to the mobile phone and the drivers were always on site to the minute despite heavy traffic. We were brought to our destination in time by the crazy traffic. Highly recommended and gladly booked again!
