How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation.  All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid

The guide was very fun - Leon if I am not mistaken. The night was snowy, and I think that after all these years the company should have a way of clearing the snow from the windows of the top deck.

According to the free guide that we received when we picked up the tickets the tour ticket was supposed to cover for a central park horse and carriage ride, when we got to the office/shop that we had to visit to pick up the tickets they told us our ticket didn't cover this ride and as I had bought 4 of these passes I then had to pay a further 53.00 for a 20 minute ride. I also discovered to my cost there are two types of 9/11 memorial, the ticket doesn't cover for the actual museum at the 9/11 site but the smaller 9/11 tribute museum which was some distance away from the museum we thought we were going to Therefore I then had to pay in addition for entry fees to the 9/11 museum. The open top busses are great but when we got off one and later tried to get onto the night tour bus we saw 4 busses go past which were full before we managed to get onto the last one of the night, what happened to the people that didn't get on I have no idea. All in all not over impressed with this pass, you need to do your homework before you buy.

So so disappointing. Dont do trust me. Pay more and do any of tje other tours like top deck ect.... they do it cheaper but have less buses so you wait for ages to even get on a bus let alone sit on the top. They trap you in unless you tip the driver. They leave you stranded late in the day(we saw 7 top deck buses to each sightseeing buses) Rude inconsiderable staff. Trust me they do not care about your experience they only care about maximising profits and this is very very clear. I have used them in paris,london,dubai with no problems bit neber again in NYC
