Owen was a very personable, engaging and enthusiastic tour guide. He took us to 5 of his favorite eating spots. We had a pork burger, Chinese fried chicken pieces, sesame noodles, dumplings and another great dish (name?). Each was delicious, but I especially preferred the dumplings and my husband's favorite was the pork burger. We bought one order from each place and were quite full with plenty left over for another meal at home. Owen also spoke about the history of Flushing while we walked around. It was a fun introduction to Flushing.

Owen was a great tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and knows all the best spots. This tour is part food tour, part walking tour of Flushing. This neighborhood is vibrant and bustling, and the food is as authentic as it gets. I think Flushing is an underrated neighborhood that many visitors and even natives don't give enough credit to. Do yourself a favor and check out the tour to get acquainted with delicious Asian dishes, as well as their rich history. You'll get things like various types of dumplings, Asian style hamburgers, etc. We were stuffed by the time we finished, and had plenty of snacks to take back home with us. Also, please bring cash to pay the vendors. Everything is super affordable so don't worry about things being pricy.
