What if we don’t see any mantas? It is an extremely rare occurrence, but if we do not see ANY manta rays on our Night Manta Experience, you are welcome to come back out with us again during the same vacation, based on availability, totally free of charge. Make sure you call us right away so that we may reschedule you! Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Wow! So many mantas! We went out and almost immediately saw these gentle giants of the ocean come and sometimes brush against us! The photos and video does not do it justice. It is a very short ride into the bay then you hold onto a floating raft and when the lights turn on the mantas come. The company gives you wet suits to wear and mask and snorkels, but we used our own. I highly recommend this company. Even though my cousin had a small accident they took care of him and followed up the next day. BTW- show Hawaii ID and your whole group gets a Kaimana discount.

We had a great time on the night manta trip. Totally amazing and unusual sight -- don't miss it while on the Big Island. Never seen anything like it. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Not much to say really, the crew are very professional. The boat is in excellent condition. The rental mask was very good, I had forgotten my own mask but this one was as good. Prepped with anti fog too. The crew were very good at helping everyone along. Clear instructions l, good safety briefing, helpful towards the beginners and all in all very accommodating. We also saw 9 Manta rays at once, and they got very close, however they are wild animals and there are no guarantees. I would suggest taking the shortie wetsuit over the jacket as you’re just floating and will get cold even though the water feels warm as you first enter.
