What if we don’t see any mantas? It is an extremely rare occurrence, but if we do not see ANY manta rays on our Night Manta Experience, you are welcome to come back out with us again during the same vacation, based on availability, totally free of charge. Make sure you call us right away so that we may reschedule you! Non-refundable and non-transferable.
NIGHT MANTA EXPERIENCE:

Please read and understand the manta guarantee : Manta Guarantee: If zero manta rays are seen, you are welcome back out again. Itʻs that simple. We are fortunate to see mantas almost every night, but on the rare occasion where none are sighted on your tour, Sea Quest invites you to come back out on another night at no additional cost to you, or on a confirmed afternoon snorkeling adventure at no additional charge. No refunds available.

Very disappointed!!! Not recommend at all! I had a disappointing experience with this tour provider. I booked the 02/10 night manta tour on 02/08. Despite I booked 2 day in advance, I didn't receive any confirmation or preparation email. Upon contacting them, I was informed of the check-in requirement 30 minutes before my booked time. Unfortunately, they sent the confirmation and check-in details at 8:02 pm for an 8:30 pm tour, making it impossible for us to meet the time. Despite our request for rescheduling or a refund, they refused. Overall, very disappointed with this provider.

WOW. I know they can't guarantee that manta rays will show up, but on the night we went, they really put on a show. We saw so many we lost count, and they got so close! It was absolutely breathtaking. Our guides helped make it comfortalbe to get into the water and have an incredible experience. The boat ride is very short, but the water was choppy and I was grateful that I had taken Dramamine beforehand. They sell some in the shop if you need it. I also appreciated that the staff helped us size our wetsuits, and explained the sizing so nicely (heads up - they run small). This was one of our favorite excursions on our trip. Excellent job, Sea Quest!

If you have ever been motion sick/seasick - or even wondered if you get seasick - just take medicine. I do get seasick sometimes but am typically fine in kayaks, swimming, and on boats with medicine. For this, I took medicine AND wore wristbands and was will sick for the last 10 min. Hanging laterally on that board there is quite a bit of motion (wished I had doubled up on the meds)! Even with that, it was an Amazing experience that I would do again!
