The manta ray snorkel was pure magic. Their operation was top notch. And just a 5 minute boat ride was nice when you're returning cold and wet. They really tend to the needs of all of their guests. On our trip, a person vomited, and they discretely aided and comforted her. My husband said that a child "freaked out" and they must have returned her to the shore, because she and her mom were not on the return boat. One lady had on her snorkel backwards, my noodle snuck away from me at one point... all rectified quickly without incident. They make sure everyone is comfortable no matter your inhibitions or limitations. I've read reviews of other companies with unfriendly and intolerant staff. If you are concerned that there is more of you than strangers should witness tucking into a wet-suit, they do have a top / jacket only option which was a bit of an ego relief! Our crew consisted of Captain John, Zack, Jasmine and Marlene, who all seem to genuinely enjoy and feel passion for their jobs. (We were floating near Jasmine and she was a wealth of manta intel. I learned after the fact that I had my face too deep as my husband could hear her constantly and I could only hear her if I raised my head for whatever reason. !
