What a great experience. We were up close and personal with these beautiful creatures - so close that it was hard for me to get good photos. Was surprised how many interactions we had - they are magical animals and so graceful.
The crew was very professional and very good. We had John running our group and he was terrific. Also had boat captain Brendon and well as other crew including Bailey and Andrew. Each cared about every guest having a good experience.
The equipment provided was in great shape and ending the night with hot chocolate and cookies was a nice warm treat at the end.
In general, it was easier for me and less effort than I expected - and I saw more than I thought I would.
The only negative is that we couldn’t find parking. We drove around for 15 minutes snd finally went to Sea Quest to ask what to do. They told us where we could find parking in an adjacent ares that was far away in the car, but just a 5 minute walk down a path. The parking issues added stress and almost made us miss the boat, but the crew was helpful, calming, and welcoming.
I do wish they had a freshwater hose or something to rinse off after getting out of the water, but I understand that may not be possible.
I would highly suggest this experience to others. Plenty of time in the water, up close with the animals, great staff and fun experience. Can’t ask for much more.
