MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket
Age restriction: minimum age allowed is 2 years old; maximum age allowed is 70 years old (unless approved by the supplier)

This was an incredible experience. We saw so many manta rays, they come super close and are very beautiful. Boat is clean, staff is super helpful and well-organized. I highly recommend, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Hang Loose Boat Tours was a great company to go with! It was such a once in a lifetime experience and Aiden was a great Captain and put everyone at ease! Getting in the water at night made the nerves a little high, but by the time we got there, we were ready to jump in!! Highly recommended this tour!!

This was an experience I didn’t realize was on my bucket list until I experienced it. You definitely want to do this one with the blue lights. We had probably 20 manta ray swirling less than an inch from us. The crew was great. Aidan, Vinny and Jonah were attentive! They should get a raise! They brought us up water and helped made sure people were staying calm throughout their experience.
