I had a wonderful time out with a friend going on this tour! Our tour guide, Emily, was incredibly knowledgable about speakeasy history and, simply, had a great energy throughout the entire tour which made it all the more enjoyable. Who knew a history lesson could be so fun! I would definitely recommend this tour and tour guide to anyone in NYC - whether they be tourist or native New Yorker!

If you are looking for a fun way to learn some history about New York through experiencing a few of the speakeasy's as well as some restaurants and other establishments that you can dial back to and visit, then this is the tour for you!! Teddy, our guide, was excellent and did his best to provide us with lots of information about speakeasy's, prohibition as well as the political climate - the group was a nice size at five people - and everyone was there to have fun. The only feedback I could provide, is for the company to let people know that the gratuity is included in your drink order - it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. Otherwise - a great tour and highly recommend it!

I had so much fun on this walking tour. I got to explore areas that I haven’t before and learned a lot about the history of drinking in America! Our amazing tour guide, Emily, created such a fun environment for our group, and we were all friends by the end. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who’s looking to have a fun night and learn along the way!
