The calm, dark water is lit up by our underwater lights in beautiful fluorescent blue, green, purple, and red colors. We keep our practice slow and calm, allowing ourselves to move intentionally as we take in the beauty of the city lights and the glowing ocean waters.

This is perfect for yoga beginners, my partner and I did the night time glow yoga which was cool having the water light up. Kelsey was a great instructor, everything was well explained and she gave us options for different levels of experience.

This was a highlight of our trip, it was super cool doing yoga in on a paddle board in the water. I was convinced I'd fall off but no one in our group actually fell. The night one ends with fireworks off in the distance and the boards light up on the bottom with neon lights, which looks really cool. The instruction was thorough and the instructor was super nice. Highly recommend!

What an awesome and unique experience. Kelsey the instructor was amazing. The whole experience was incredible. Beautiful, great location, a very chill and relaxed yoga class on high-quality beautifully lit up boards ending it all with fireworks. For a unique adventure and something totally different I would definitely recommend. The cost of the class, plus the paddle board rental, any unique experience of when the heck else do you get to do this? As well worth it
