Patrick was an excellent informative tour guide. I enjoyed my experience, however I would suggest more details with regard to the stairwell and tunnel grounds before hand so that participants are aware of actual site .

Patrick was a great guide. We learnt a lot about OTR's creepy history. The lager tunnels were really cool. Didn't see any ghosts unfortunately!
