Even though everything is good or not good (Weather and Aurora Activity) when it starts, the weather or Northern Lights' activity always changes, and other conditions may change. It will be the natural things involved, which causes a lack of lights or low visibility.

The experience I had with Alaska Journey Tours was truly the BEST I could ever imagine. Despite the weather being unfriendly, the team of the friendliest professionals EVER helped us throughout the whole journey of achieving our bucket. list. The guides and the CEO(?) were the sweetest people you could ever imagine for a long and hard journey like this. And not only were they nice, the were so professional. They would not hesitate to turn around the car and chase that aurora. The weather was gloomy, but their passion and professionalism helped us to see the dancing aurora. The group was big but divided into small cars so it was so convenient. I assure you, it would be the best experience you could ever get in Alaska. Highly Recommend! 대학생들끼리 온 여행이었는데, 한국인이시면 특히 그냥 믿고 투어 함께하시길 바랍니다. 그 누구보다 프로페셔널하고 따뜻한 가이드님들과 함께했습니다. 일단 투어 일정 내내 정말 잘 케어해주시고, 친절하셔서 정말 감동이었어요. 저는 오로라 못봤어도 사장님과 가이드님들이 너무 친절하셔서 만족이었을 것 같아요. 제가 예약 전에도 오랜 시간 동안 솔직히 귀찮으실만도 할 정도로 물어보고 또 예약도 많이 딜레이 되었는데 정말 끝까지 친절하고 엄마같은 마음으로 대해주셨어요. 게다가 체이싱 한 이틀 동안에도, 날씨가 운이 좋지 않았지만 차 안에서 실시간으로 확인하시면서, 포기 직전까지 가다가도 차 돌려 세워서 끝까지 오로라 볼 수 있게 해주셨어요. 덕분에 흐린 와중에 댄싱 오로라도 보고, 멋진 사진도 얻어갈 수 있었어요. 한국인분들, 그냥 믿고 예매하세요!

We saw three hours of magnificent northern lights from three locations. Joy and David the photographer were great! They allowed us to reschedule when forecast was dire the prior day. Picked us up on time and transported us in a nice SUV (Lincoln). Provided amazing photos afterwards.

Andre was awesome guiding us through finding the lights and the rest of the tour was perfect. The hot spring felt great!
