The weather or Aurora activity may change during the tour.

Even though everything is good or not good (Weather and Aurora Activity) when it starts, the weather or Northern Lights' activity always changes, and other conditions may change. It will be the natural things involved, which causes a lack of lights or low visibility.

We pick you up at Hotels listed.
(You may get an email about Pick up time and Location.)

With Photo Service (JPG Files) we will upload your photos into OneDrive or Dropbox linked. It takes 3 days to send a URL linked.

Our driver and tour guide Kevin made it one of the best tour we had in the life. Not only he was knowledgeable about Alaska, but he also drove very carefully through the trip. His humor also made the long drive less dull. We made it to the Arctic circle and seen the Northern Light because of him.

Wow !! totally worth it! We woke up to a poor forecast (cloudy/snow) and there was some miscommunication emails but as Leah/Abigail stressed "hang in there" cause the weather is always changing....So true. David our photographer/driver picked us up promptly at our downtown hotel at 10:30. It was just us and one other couple so we headed straight out. David also mentioned not the best forecast but then showed us his tracking app and it looked hopeful...our first stop in an open field just outside of town wasn't that fruitful, BUT ...we could see the stars and the clouds breaking so began to lucky....next stop about 30 mins outside of town was a different story looking behind us just over the ridge and treeline voila!! what is an eerie white-ish cloud starting changing shapes and when you look through your camera (or phone-camera) you see the Aurora...Beautiful. We took quite a few pics and David took a lot of pictures of us in the foreground as well (his by the way came out way better than ours) he explained what was happening as he took the pictures and after about 30 mins suggested we drive off to another spot....we went to this deserted campground parking lot and boom...full blast Aurora even better then just before. Stunning more colors, shapes kept changing, lots of great photos...wonderful. As a side note this spot was great as we could warm up a bit inside the SUV and (very importantly) there is a bathroom at the campground which is super handy and made my wife happy. We couldn't have asked for a better night out and so glad we heeded the original advice to "hang in there" and so happy to have had David show us the Aurora (we did a few other nights but this tour was best). This is a once in a life thing for us and AJT made it that much better. Sure you may be able to save a buck or two but in our opinion this was totally worth it. I'll recommend AJT for sure. THANK YOU.

This tour was amazing! Our guide was very friendly and made it a point to find the most likely areas where we would see the lights. Even though there was cloud cover, we were able to get great pictures and to see them well in the clearing. It was a great experience, chasing the lights and then having our picture taken, we have wonderful memories as a family!
