Richard was a very impressive tour guide! He knew so many details about the building and made sure that we had an enjoyable experience throughout. I was surprised by how we learned about the building from the Gilded Age through to the secret parts I wouldn’t have noticed today.

There were so many new things I learned about GCT from AJ. He covered a lot of ground in an hour and 3/4 and with a lot of humor and interaction with the group. I recommend this tour and him to others.

We booked this tour last minute and are so glad we did! Our knowledgeable guide - and true New Yorker - AJ made everyone in the group feel like they were part of something special. Which we were! He told and showed us things about Grand Central that I, who have been coming through it for decades, didn't know. This is the tour to take!
