Jonathan was the best tour guide we have ever experienced. He was friendly, energetic, funny and very knowledgable. Highly recommend this tour as it shows parts you can’t get to see normally

Our guide was over ten minutes late and was very disorganized. She told us repeatedly this is not important to the tour, and then kept talking about it. I love history so I didn’t mind the lack of coherence, but it was very hard for my family to follow. Most of the tour centered on the history of New Amsterdam rather than Grand Central itself. If you are looking for a true behind the scenes of how the building functions, and fun facts about it this is not the tour for you. (Explained as a person who has only written two negative reviews in her life).
