The mimosas were SO bottomless! With the price being so good we were not expecting such great service in every way! The food was great, the views were fantastic (you get incredibly close to the Statue of Liberty) and Zahir never let our mimosas get below half full! Such a great experience! 10/10 recommend!!

This was the absolute worst tour that I have ever been on. There were no working restrooms on the boat. I pointed out to the staff that the toilet was not working before the boat even left the dock. I initially alerted the staff that someone had was locked in the restroom. The staff came over to help, only to realize it was another staff member locked in the restroom. Once the staff member came out of the restroom, I could tell the toilet had not been flushed. I pointed this out to the staff member that the toilet was not flushed, and he attempted to flush it. He said the water was not working and they would fix it in the next 10 minutes, that did not happen. In fact they operated the to capacity knowing the restroom was out of order. This is unacceptable and I fully intend to report the company for operating in such an inhumane condition. Not to mention the scammers they have located outside of the south ferry terminal quoting one price and charging another! Several people on the boat were accosted outside of the train station and scammed! The company has no regard for people and clearly is only concerned with taking payments and not taking care of people who support the business!
