Do NOT waste your money!!!! Did not even get close enough the Statue of Liberty to take a picture! Paid for premium tickets, no such thing, once you board the boat!! The ticket did not come with a drink AND cookie, comes with just a drink and you can pay for a $5.00 bag of chips or a $8.53 hot dog!!! So mad!

SCAM! Stay away! The people selling the tickets go by "All Attractions City Tours LLC" When you look up their address 2530 Frederick Douglass BLVD New York, NY 10030 a seafood place shows up. I've been trying to request a refund for 5 days now and I can't reach anyone, If you contact Liberty Cruise (the cruise company) they say to contact " All Attractions City Tours LLC" it's a front for them so they can wash their hands. I was told it was a double-decker cruise that was covered, and that my family and I would be seated, they oversell and the cruise goes packed, we had to go standing, we were standing shoulder to shoulder with the others for about an hour, we were supposed to see 19 attractions we went to the statue and back that's it, I tried to get out with my boy but it was so packed I could not get through the people in time, we went standing in the rain all bunched up, even one of the workers was afraid, a boat going that full is a disaster waiting to happen, especially when you get close to the statue everyone moves towards one side of the boat to take pictures tipping the boat.
