The ship never showed up at the pier. We called and the phones were not manned. We text and got a response that that location changed and they emailed. We never got and email. We could not make the new location before departure. Super sad situation.

So very sorry for the issues - but the various changes in schedule and departure points was very fluid around the 4th. We did attempt to contact everyone as best as we can as COVID has meant our call center is not manned currently, but we can/do answer texts about 20 hours per day. If you are coming back to NYC anytime soon, please text us at 212-619-6900 and give your name -- we will be happy to have you back onboard on us. (Also, when booking through this platform, we get no direct email for you, so our email to you went back into the Viator platform and not to a direct email since TA does not share that with us.) Sorry again - please come back and join us!

Very enjoyable cruise. Pleasant crew, congenial passengers, great views, wonderful experience. I booked through NY Sightseeing Flex Pass. At the end of the cruise, they quickly solicited my review for TripAdvisor. However, at the time we boarded there was some confusion regarding the billing process. I got no responsive to my calls and texts until 24 hours after the cruise. Strange that they quickly requested my review, but could not respond to my calls/texts. After 3 days, the billing issues were finally sorted. Great outing marred by a clumsy billing process. They could easily avoid this result by sending a text that the Flex Pass credit card charge would be reversed within 3 days at the same time they sent the review request. It would also be good to answer the phone and texts timely. I feel confident that they better sailors that business managers.

Make sure to find correct debarkation location...lol. The cruise itself is great. Wonderful views of the skyline against the sunset and very friendly and helpful crew and staff. Would do again.
