Please note that although you will see abandoned subway stations from the train, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) doesn't grant public access into them under any circumstances.

AJ was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the history of the NY subway system and enthusiastic in the relaying of this history. It was a most interesting tour. I am an engineer, and I would have liked to hear more about the workings and construction of the subway itself.

I appreciate you taking the time to review but I would also appreciate a review with more substantive feedback . “Bla bla” and it was too hot and not finishing the review does not help us better the experience. A one star review brings our overall ratings down which we carefully monitor. Also we have no control over the temperature of the system. The person who was left at the turnstile (if that is what you alluding too) left of his own choice because he didn’t want to pay the fair. We actually reached out to him and offered him a refund. Please in the future, if you are going to be critical of an experience take the time to leave constructive, usable feedback since we take each of our reviews very seriously. Thank you!

Unfortunately we never the made the tour as we took the wrong subway and ended up on the other side of the river. By the time we came back it was 10.45am! We were very disappointed that we missed it, but of our own doing. Would be nice if we were given a voucher for our next visit.
