We had a great experience. The water was really rough which made it a little bit difficult with snorkels. So we ditched the snorkels, held our breath and came up and down for air. We also brought along a 10 and 6 year old. The captain was absolutely awesome. The girls wanted to try with the rough water but got a little scared so she let them stay on the back of the boat with her and she told them all kinds of cool stuff about the sharks, what they do to attract them (not chumming btw) and helped the girls to see the sharks from the surface. On the bit they had a great experience. I would say that if you could reschedule to smoother waters, do it. If you can’t just tough it out and do the rough water, you won’t regret it at all!!! Staff was amazing, friendly and very easy to talk with. We will come back next time we visit!!

This is a must do! Me, my husband and our sons (15 yrs old and 13 yrs old) had such an amazing time. Our shuttle drive Cousin G was the absolute best, so knowledgeable about the island and so friendly. Gave great suggestions about where to eat as well. He took us to see the sea turtles after our shark dive and even offered to take us other places (Mac Nut Farm) if we felt like going. The shark dive itself was incredible, everyone was so kind and patient with some of the more apprehensive people on our tour and they even went out of their way to let one women go in by herself at the end because she was extremely nervous and didn't go in during her turn. Once in the cage, it was just incredible. The sharks come right up to the cage and you can see them swimming below you. It is a once in a lifetime experience. My kids keep asking when we can go back and do it again.
