This was a great pick. All the staff was kind and professional. The boat Captain did great taking us out on the water. He was very knowledgeable about all the different creatures we saw.

The boat Captain was an excellent guide. He had a great sense of humor and worked hard to show us a variety of alligators. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the wild life we saw. Outstanding experience!

So much fun! The boat ride was thrilling and our guide was informative and knew exactly where to go to see the wildlife. The weather was sunny, slightly cool, and a bit windy. We needed a light jacket this time of year. We enjoyed the ride and would do it again. If there was any constructive criticism, it would be to have the guides voice be transmitted through the earphones. Not a big complaint. Just a suggestion.
