Ugh, really would not recommend. The customer service was just generally off, starting with when we arrived -- blank stares from the staff/minimal communication. One guy was eating dates or something during check-in, no masks, and it was just really weird. The length of the tour and whether or not you were getting one jet ski vs. two was confusing at booking as well. (To clarify for others who may be confused, the price is for one jet ski, but you can ride tandem. If you're a couple and you each want your own jet ski, you'll have to make two separate reservations and the price is double. Also, the tour is either 60 minutes or 90 minutes -- I'm still not sure exactly how long it was supposed to be). Additionally, the tour was supposed to be structured as part "tour" and part free-range riding. That was basically true... but I wouldn't exactly call the tour portion of things anything formal. The guide takes you around Star Island and yells out where a few famous people live, and that's about it (also, two people fell off their jet ski during this "tour" and the guide didn't even notice and just kept moving on). Then you're on your own to ride which sounds great, but if you aren't super familiar with jet skis you might run into some issues like we did. After about 10 minutes of riding on our own, our jet ski starting making a loud beeping sound accompanied by a flashing warning sign that said "LOW FUEL." This made us pretty nervous (especially because there were lots of yachts moving at full speed all around us). We weren't sure how much fuel we had left and our guide was no where to be found so we headed back to the main deck. No one was there and we couldn't easily drop off jet ski and get off (we were also afraid of damaging it and getting charged an exorbitant fee) so I decided to call the main office on my cell phone. No answer, multiple times. After 10-15 minutes, someone answered, I explained the situation and they sent someone out to meet us at the dock. I re-explained to him what was going on and he basically treated us like we were stupid -- saying that the beeping and flashing "WARNING, LOW FUEL" was no big deal and that we would have at least two hours more of driving time. Okay -- that's all fine, but why not tell us that before letting us loose? How would we know that a red flashing/beeping warning of low fuel was no big deal? After our conversation with this dude, we decided to go back out and scoot around for another 20 minutes or so before being shuttled back in. The experience was fine I guess (even if we lost a significant portion of the ride), but I would never recommend it to a friend or family member. It was overall not very professional and we felt unsafe for a significant portion of it.

I booked online the same day, roughly about an hour or two before the selected time slot. I make it to the stand to rent the jet ski and the attendant says he didn’t have a record of me renting the ski, despite me showing the paid reservation on my phone. He allegedly called his boss and relayed to me that because I booked it a hour before the selected time slot, it didn’t give them enough time to alert them that they didn’t have any available jet skis. So I was turned away and told to call a number on the business card to either set up another day or ask for a refund. Let’s just say the phone rang and I never got through. To this day I haven’t been compensated. I was told these are the games they play in Miami.

The absolute worst experience with this vendor. I booked and paid for my jet ski online and upon my arrival, the vendor say we can’t accommodate you because we over booked. And now he refuses to refund my money. Not to mention Lyft expenses. Be careful.
