Debra Stefan’s bootcamp and personal training sessions helped reinvigorate my fitness routine. The outdoor setting- with views of the desert mountains and Vegas skyline-as well as Debra’s skilled, motivational coaching made the sessions rewarding and challenging. I’d highly recommend for someone who needs to step away from their daily routine to find new inspiration and skills to return to their favorite sport or fitness regiment.

Debra is the best coach for anyone needing or wanting to lose weight and build lifetime healthy eating and exercise habits. I encourage you to sign up for 4-6 weeks to help you get a solid beginning on achieving your fitness and weight goals. I've been twice, once for six weeks and a year later for four weeks. Now, I am solidly working toward my goals. Don't waste any more time. Call Debra!
