Spend the morning in the Banana River Aquatic Preserve, where you will have a good chance of seeing manatees, dolphins, schools of fish and all kinds of birds. Instructors are on hand so the tour is suited to all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced paddler or kayaker. Paddle and kayak equipment, expert instruction, parking, and photos of the day are included. We depart from the amazing Brevard Veteran's Memorial Park & Museum, so if you have extra time before or after the tour, you can enjoy the museum.. admission is free!

Our family of 4 got great service from SoBe owner Girard Middleton. We had a blast kayaking the coves in Merritt Island. We saw lots of manatees up close, a great blue heron, dolphins. Such a fun outing!!

My husband and I were looking for something new to do. We came across SoBe Surf, and are really glad we did! Girard is a great instructor and made things easy. We saw dolphins, a manatee and watched small planes take off and land over the water at a small airfield. The weather was beautiful and the water calm, which made for a great first time experience. I highly recommend SoBe Surf to anyone wanting to take stand up paddle board lessons.

Our family, which contains 2 teenage boys, took our first paddle boarding experience with Girard. We had an amazing time and discovered a new hobby. We even experienced several manatee's and a dolphin at very close range. Thanks again Girard from the Smith family: Jeff, Stephanie, Cameron and Ryan.
