We will investigate the spirits that linger near the Oldest Wooden School House on St. George Street with exclusive access to both the gardens and the School House itself.
This building is documented on tax rolls since 1716 and was bought by Juan Genopoly in 1780. Genopoly was an indentured person who came to the Turnbull Plantation to grow and process indigo. He became a merchant and his family lived in the building. In 1788 the school was started with teaching both boys and girls. The last graduating class is believed to have ended in 1864.

Come and explore the grounds carefully, using all of the tools paranormal investigators use. You can bring your own or select one from our assortment of tools available. Make sure you bring your camera and take photos!

We are determined to solve why those who have departed this life refuse to leave the area! This is a real paranormal experience. There are no jump scares, it isn't a haunted house type attraction.

Lisa was our guide and taught us all about the equipment that we were going to use. I don’t believe I ever encountered a spirit in the past and could not commit to saying I believed but after this paranormal investigation - I Believe! We first went to Old City Gates and my oldest daughter experienced the spirit of her Grandfather. We went to the old wooden school house and experienced a ton of different spirits. Last we went to the cemetery and experienced more. The kids enjoyed the dousing rods. We even had my 7 year old granddaughter with us and Lisa was amazing with her. Now I want to do this more. I caught a couple of pictures that look to have the spirits in them and will email these in to share. Thanks for an amazing experience!

This was a super fun experience! I've been on a few paranormal tours in different cities and I appreciated that this experience offered something more than just listening about the history and paranormal sightings/events that happened at these locations. This encounter gives visitors the opportunity to do their own investigation and use actual tools used by paranormal investigators. Overall very interesting and fun experience! As an added bonus, it is outdoors for the most part so no reason to be overly concerned with masks and social distancing (although masks were required).
