The experience is lovely and the stuff were very friendly. The only thing I wasn’t happy about the duration. It’s says 45 min on trip. We did less 25 min from departure to arrival and parasailing was like just 10 min.

Hi Anas, thank you for the review. Directly on Viator/ Trip Advisor under itinerary it states the trip is 45 min and flight time is 10-12 min. I will ask Trip Advisor if they can make that more noticeable to customers. The 10-12 min flight time is common among all parasail companies. The date you went there were observers ( passengers just riding on the boat) this lessens the time of the trip. Your trip was about 35 min. I wish it was little longer. The crew was very friendly and explained the experience well. We took 9:30 am trip. It was on time.

The experience of parasailing was overall fun. I do think it should be clarified how long you will actual parasail. When calling to make a reservation, I was told this was an hour long adventure by JR. We were in the air for a total of 8-10 minutes. Our excursion was for 11, and we were back at the dock by 11:20-11:30 after boarding around 10:50. Everyone was very sweet, and informative regarding the instructions of the parasailing. I loved that my family was able to tag along as observers. Price may need to be adjusted just because of the time in the air.

Hi Samantha, I apologize our parasailing adventure did not live up to your expectations. This tour sells out nearly every day, and we would have no reason to attempt to mislead anyone. The agent you spoke with, JR., is many years well experienced and says the same speech to all customers stating how long the trip is and how long the actual flight is. Our average trip time is 45 min - 1hr flight time is 8-12 min as state on our website. This is common among all parasail companies around the world. For your group of 6 only 2 passengers flew while the 4 others were observers only. This lessens the trip time when only 2 passengers fly. Hope this helps explain.
