1

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize that your tour did not go as planned and that you were disappointed with the service. We understand how important it is for all members of your group to fully enjoy the experience, and I regret that we were unable to accommodate all 12 of you at Pearl Harbor due to ticket availability. Regarding the timing of your tour, we do our best to schedule itineraries based on ticketed entry times and operational constraints, but unfortunately, late arrivals can sometimes impact availability, especially for high-demand locations like Pearl Harbor. We completely understand your frustration and regret that this affected your visit. As for your request for more time at Dole Plantation, we always strive to balance guest requests with the overall schedule to ensure we stay on track for the day’s planned activities. We regret that we couldn’t extend your visit as you had hoped. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we will use it to review our scheduling and communication processes to prevent similar situations in the future. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience for you in the future.

It was super cool to get to explore quite a bit of the island. We got to Pearl Harbor at the perfect time it wasn’t busy and we were able to quickly see what we wanted to without waiting. The Polynesian Cultural center was super cool and learned tons about the culture on the islands.
