RICH our tour guide was great!!!! Rich gave us great information before leaving us at Pearl harbor. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and great to be around!!!

Take a Handkerchief! Pearl Harbor was moving. Come with some knowledge of the attack. There isn't enough tome to read all there is to read at the exhibits. The 2 stops outside of Pearl Harbor were a surprising joy.

Pickup was late. Tour Guide was patronizing and very curt. Narrative tape on Pearl Harbor while onroute was cut short (because they started late) - the rest of the "tour" was drive by's to a cementary and a quick drive past buildings with constant negative commentary on the state of Hawaii - information was very generalized and we felt we were in an episode of house hunters with a realtor expressing how much housing costs. At the end of the trip we were just hoping she would be quiet. Would not recommend.

We’d also like to clarify that while the pickup may have felt delayed, the tour proceeded on schedule. The audio narrative provided en route to Pearl Harbor was not cut short due to timing, but rather because the drive was shorter than usual that morning. To make up for that, your guide gave additional information upon arrival, including clear instructions on how to best navigate the site so you could get the most out of your visit to this significant and solemn memorial. Additionally, we take pride in offering small-group, semi-private tours that allow for a more personal and flexible experience. The drive through the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific—often referred to as the “Arlington of the Pacific”—and the route through historic downtown Honolulu were not intended as simple drive-bys, but rather curated segments of the tour that touch on Hawaii’s deep military history and rich cultural heritage. We’re sorry to hear that the commentary on local life, including topics such as housing costs, came across in a negative light. Our guides often share real-life insights to give guests a broader understanding of the challenges and beauty of island living, but it’s clear we missed the mark in tone during your experience.
