We were extremely satisfied with our private balloon ride with Paul Olguin and Johnny on Saturday November 21st, 2020. Booking the adventure on the company's website was quick & easy and we were impressed by their efforts to enforce social distancing. Paul is an excellent pilot who shared lots of interesting information on topics ranging from the history of hot air balloons, the lands we flew over, dessert wildlife, and much more. I highly recommend Rainbow Ryders if you are looking for a special experience.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Check-in procedures were clear and easy, and my large group was checked in and on our way to adventure in no time at all. Once out at the site, we were all fascinated by the process of inflating the balloons, and a couple of the people in our group were even able to assist in the final steps of the process. The crew was helpful in getting everyone safely boarded and situated in the balloon, and the younger kids were given stools to ensure they would not miss any of the sights. Once we ascended, we had a smooth flight with beautiful views. We loved watching the sun rising over the mountains as well as the other balloons dotting the sky. We had a smooth landing and a great time toasting the flight at the end. Thanks to Kyle and crew for an experience we will never forget! A couple of notes: First, for those with kids, I felt that the crew made sure our kids were well attended to and having fun. They provided stools to better viewing, and at the end of the flight, they invited my kids to help with packing up the balloon and to see the burner mechanism up close. For reference, my kids are 6 and 9. Secondly, be sure to use the restroom before leaving the office--it will be your last chance for a while!!

Such a fun time! We went on the sunrise tour, it was breathtaking. Beautiful scenery, perfect pace. It was amazing to see the set up and take down of all the equipment. Kyle was a great pilot. He was filled with fun facts and funny jokes. Highly recommend.
